However, analytical and marketing tools may be used to create advertising audience groups or analyse the effectiveness of campaigns, provided that the user has given the appropriate consent.
15. No Newsletter
The Controller does not operate a newsletter through the website. Data provided through the forms is not used to send newsletters unless the user gives separate consent to receive them in the future.
